Communicating more effectively on the phone in the workplace (Online)
Prerequisite: A good knowledge of the French language for everyday life and work.
Overall Goals: This workshop is designed for people who are already using telephone communication in their work and who wish to deepen their knowledge in this area.
Intended Learning Outcome:
- Communicate better in French with clients and public organizations by telephone.
- Review the formulas and vocabulary to be used to respect the protocol.
- Using concrete examples, apply the rules of telephone protocol when receiving calls and taking messages, using the usual terminology and formulas specific to telephony.
- Discover practical techniques to effectively manage delicate situations with clients.
- Avoiding Anglicisms.
Methodology:
- Situations and role-playing on business-related themes.
- A dynamic teaching approach adapted to the needs and experiences of the participants.
Required Material:
- Headphones and an external microphone
- High-speed stable internet connection
- Access to a computer with a minimum of Windows 10 or Mac G5
- All material will be provided
