Interprofessional Education Symposium

The Interprofessional Education (IPE) Symposium is a one-day training for all third-year medical technology students. The objective of the symposium is for the students to apply their conflict management skills through role-plays and simulations. In addition, key concepts of collective competence and collective care are introduced, and the students are challenged throughout the day’s activities. Students learn essential health care skills and collaborative leadership.
